This was a cheap ish and cheerful hotel for a rugby weekending Rome. At 50 eurosper person per night,I wasn't expecting the Ritz. Good job! Tired decor, the smallest lift in history, I decided to take the stairs with my heavy bag to the second floor only to find the second floor was on the fifth floor! Breakfast was average,... More

The location of this hotel is excellent and we managed to walk to all the major sites from the hotel. The hotel itself needs updating, we were on our honeymoon and could hear the occupents of the room next door. We could hear everything, toilet, shower even when they used the hairdryer. Our own shower was in a state of... More

No hotel has ever worked harder to make me happy than this hotel. Location is great and the people are pleasant. A stone's throw to the Spanish Steps was the only reason why I did not move. That being said what was Expedia.com thinking when they booked an American in this hotel!!? I did not book online and was assured... More

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights until Monday 16th April 2012. We are in our sixties and seventies respectively and the location of the hotel was fabulous. We were just off Piazza Barberini and just a short walk to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, particularly, and easy pleasant walking distance to all Rome's major tourist attractions... More

This hotel is located about 2 small blocks away from the Metro station, very central location, easy access to the main hot spots. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they speak many languages. Our room was bigger than we expected, and much bigger than other italian hotels we stayed in that were much pricier. The bathroom was very clean,... More

Visited Rome over the New Years holiday and stayed here for 4 days. Hotel was old and outdated, room was chilly at night with no heating but Rome doesn't really get that cold. Had WIFI because we were on the fifth floor and our room was directly across from the router. The hotel staff for the most part was friendly... More

Visited Rome with two other persons, shared a room in hotel King Rome. Our room was cold at nights as the toilet window did not close. The bathroom ceiling was covered by black mould and the room carpet by large stains. The location was good, but why live in a hotel with health risks as there are several hotel nearby?
