I was most dismayed to find a "dirty" pair of underpants hanging on the top of the heated towel rail in the bathroom. Taps and handles weren't clean and several bulbs in the room were blown. There is no excuse for this in a quality hotel

We stayed there for 5 nights. Facilities, room service, staff, breakfast, shuttle bus, everything excellent!! Only the air condition was shut down during the night & it is a bit far from the centre. In general, prety good work! Keep going!!!!!

We stayed one night on the way to Citivecchia to catch a cruise. This is the hotel where the Princess transfer operation would meet us. We upgraded to a room with free mini-bar for 15Euro. Been there once again. Advise it for any commercial firms. I strongly recommend a dinner at the restaurant where you can relax and enjoy roman main courses. It is an hotel choosened by Tourism Agencies for groups. We had the bad luck to have to stay here twice. The pool purpose is only for the photo since it was out of service both times . In short: nice hotel, close to airport. We stayed here to relax by the pool...which was still closed!! Technical problems apparently, no offer of discount or other hotel with pool.
