Excellent B&B. The owners have very good taste as the rooms are very well furnished. Very good location-5 minutes from St Peter's Church and Bus 64 has an excellent service every 5 minutes which takes you through the city in 20 minutes. Francesca & Stephano are very co-operative and helpful. All in all a wonderful experience.

When arriving we almost tripped over Roberto who was patiently waiting for us outside. He showed us our room; it was nice, well-kept and quiet. It was as friendly as he was. Bed, bathroom, towels, all in order. We never saw Francesca and Stefano, but the room was kept clean daily, there was a new breakfast pie each morning and... More

Excellent B&B. Stefano, Francesca and Roberto were brilliant hosts and provided us with excellent service. In the run up to our trip Stefano and Francesca helped us out with directions from Termini and upon arrival Roberto gave us plenty of information to help us around Rome. The B&B is approximately 5 minutes walk from St Peter's Basilica. It's in a... More

Stefano, Francesca and Roberto are fantastic hosts. Francesca was a dream to communicate with via email, and thoughtfully provided me with detailed directions on how to get to the B&B from FCO (take the FR1 to Trastevere, then get off and switch to the FR3 towards Cesano, getting off at San Pietro Station). The B&B is literally one block away... More

The BB is in an older building near the Vatican and San Pietro station. Our room was modern and clean, for breakfast there was a new cake every morning. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a great base, a very short walk from the bus stop, aswell as St. Peters Square. Freshly baked cakes everyday especially for us were the best bit! We found ourselves looking forward to getting back to be b&b after a day of sightseeing to see what surprise cake Francesca had made... More

We had a triple room 'Poppy' which was clean and very comfortable. Roberto greeted us and showed us to our room and gave us tips about which bus to catch to see the sights (No 64, which can get a bit overcrowded!). Although it is advertised as a B&B, the kitchen is well stocked all day with bread, croissants, yoghurt,... More

We really enjoyed our colourful room at BB Nicolo III. It had everything we needed and the bathrobes and mini-fridge were a bonus. It's spitting distance to St. Paul's Square and the Vatican and it was easy to take bus 64 to the rest of Rome's attractions. We were able to take the train to Rome's airport from San Pietro... More
