We stayed there for 3 nights. It was great value for money. The room was very clean, bright and comfortable. Huge bed, very nice balcony and nice bathroom inside. There was no breakfast but it's realy not a problem in Rome. Definitely will back! Thank you Frank!

Stayed there for three night in july and was very pleased with our stay. Very clean and nice room and the guy working there is doing his best to make the stay good. Can recommend.

We stayed in the large room with ensuite bath in October, and out eight nights there were great! Frank met us when we arrived and began being a great host, advising on restaurants, bakeries, getting around, and just making himself available to help make our stay more enjoyable.
