Located right by Cavour metro station and a short walk away from the Colosseum is Annaluce's B&B. The area is lively with restaurants and bars close by and it felt safe to walk around at night. The room is incredibly spacious with a walk in wardrobe and good sized bathroom. There is also A/C which is a must in Summer.... More

The B&B is clean, quiet, and beautiful! The best thing about it though, was the location which is in site of the Cavour subway stop, and a manageable walk ro almost all of ancient Rome and many famous sites. The room was modern, the terrace beautiful, Anna delightful, and the neighborhood is lively yet safe. Just be aware that there... More

Staying at Annaluce's B&B was incredibly convenient and comfortable. If you're arriving via train, don't try to save a few bucks and walk...it's not worth it once you see how close you are to the Cavour metro stop. Ride the subway from the train station to Cavour, walk out, and you're right in front of her building. Cavour is an... More

Contacted Anna directly through her website, and booked our stay with her. Paid a deposit through paypal which was very easy. Thanks to a flight delay, we didn't arrive until after midnight, which is not the way you want to start your holiday. We managed to email Anna to let her know, and in spite of the lateness of the... My neice and I spent a week in Rome and stayed in this wonderful bed & breakfast. The location was perfect as it is close to the colosseum and metro stop Cavour. Our host was so helpful and nice...the room was large with a great bathroom and we can't say enough about the use of the terrace. Every night we... More

For our 3rd stay in Roma (this time our 40th wedding anniversary) this is far more the best place we stayed. It is the ideal location (Monti) for everything to do in Roma : 5 min walking distance to forum, lot of nice atmosphere little restaurants, fashion shops, artisans and 50m to metro entrance. The B§B (although at the 4th... More

Excellent location! Within one block there are two restaurants (with live accordion music in the evening), a gelato shop and a metro station. The Colosseum is visible from the end of the block and the entire Roman Forum is just a 5-10 minute walk away. Anna was very accommodating and served a delightful breakfast on her rooftop "Hanging Garden". The... More

The room was beautiful and spacious. The garden on the roof has many different flowers and plants. I can't imagine what it would look like when they are all in bloom. When we were in need of a place to stay because of the Iceland Volcano, she provided us an extra night and when her place was unavailable, helped us... More

We - two individuals - stayed for 5 nights at Annaluce Bed and Breakfast. We had a very large comfortable room with a king-size bed, a big wardrobe and our own bathroom. We could also use the magnificent rooftop terrace and the kitchen. Every morning there was a lovely Italian breakfast ready for us with coffee, an excellent variety of... More

We stayed at Annaluce for 4 nights - 3 at the very start of our trip, and one at the very end when we had to leave Verona early. It was excellent both times, and I would not hesitate to stay there again or to recommend it to others. The bedroom is very large and bright, with a dresser and... More
