Our stay here was awesome. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. My group used all 3 rooms (each with it's own bathroom) and shared a common room where we were able to relax, eat breakfast (provided by Paolo), plan our day or talk about our experiences. There was also a small fridge with drinks and yogurt provided for... More

Paulo, the owner, was very helpful. He offered so many neat ideas for us to do. He also helped us make reservations and arranged for a early morning ride to the airport at a very reasonable price. He took us to a great place to take pictures of the city, Rome. The room was very clean and the bed was... More

I'm a first-time B&B user. This one was a great experience. Paolo, the host, is wonderful - spoke clear English, anything we needed he accommodated. The place is clean, comfortable, updated; very conveniently located to the many things to do in Rome, specifically the Vatican, Hop On Hop Off bus, various public transits, many restaurants. Without hesitation, I would request... More

Some friends and I stayed at this B & B in April 2012. Paolo was a wonderful host, very helpful with anything we needed or information we requested. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. You are within a five minute walk to the Vatican and St. Peter's Square, the bus stops for the tour buses, local grocery and... More

My wife and I stayed at the bed and breakfast in Sept. 2011. We had a great time, and Paolo is a very good host. He will give you all the inside info necessary for Rome. The location is perfect and you can walk almost anywhere you want in the city. It is a great value also.

My Wife and I and my wife's cousin stayed at Paolo's B & B in September 2011. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. They were air conditioned rooms. The decor is very attractive. The Location is excellent with the Vatican Museum very close by and St Peter's Square within an easy walking distance. We used the Hop On Hop... More

This was our first stay ever at a B&B, and it was a very possitive experience. We found the B&B on the internet and after have been reading the comments on the tripadvisor, we booked a room. The room was nice and it was very clean. It would have been nice with a topmadras on the bed :-). The bathroom... More

Place was very clean, with a cozy environment and walking distance to the Vatican, and the Basilica in Rome....near eateries and shopping places as well...we had a good time and will recommend to friends. Paulo was very accomodating catering to our needs including transportation from and to airport and to and from the Pier to board our cruise.

My wife and I stayed in September 2011. Paolo is a very welcoming host, arranging a taxi from the airport and marking up a map of places to visit. The B&B is around 200m from the Vatican wall and is very comfortable. A friend recommended it to us and we will definitely recommend to others.

Great location, safe and quiet and clean, in walking distances to major buses and metro stations, couple of blocks from the Vatican. Paolo, the owner, very interesting personality, friendly and chatty, speaks perfect Spanish and English on top of Italian. The room does not have Wifi, and we needed to confirm a tour booking, Paolo checked for us and even... More
