This isn't the best hostel I've stayed at, but it's definitely not the worst. The place seemed a little run down, and the 2 guys working it spoke very broken English so it was somewhat hard to ask them questions about the city and whatnot (I won't hold this against them, just thought it should be known). The beds are... More

Ok first let me say that it's true this is in a great location. It's not fancy and isn't really a hostel but more of a large apartment with lots of beds and for the price/location I can deal with that. What I cannot deal with are the bed bugs (see pic). After two nights stay I counted 33 bites... More

First off, this is not a B&B, it's a hostel and breakfast isn't free. But it's cheap and in a great location 15 mins walking from the Colosseum. Free wifi and towels was a plus and he owner let us stash our backpacks there for the rest of the day after we checked out which was nice. If budget is... More

Good things: - rooms for few people are spacecious and comfortable. - the 2 employees are nice and you can use their computer! - its within a walking distance of the coliseum. Bad: - 1 bathroom (toilet included) for everybody!! if you only want to pee, you are screwed. - the 10 people room was overcrowded and there weren't enought... More

We booked five months in advance but when we arrived the room was not available. They sent us to another b&b around the block for the first night and then they cleared the room. If you go, be sure to book the double ensuite room as the others have the shared bathroom (which I do not recommend). Towels are 2... More

We had a twin room with shared bathroom. Our room was very quiet and had high ceilings and lots of light; it was very simple though - just two beds, a couple of chairs and a desk. No wastebasket, or coat hooks, but that's fairly typical for hostels. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was generous (it costs an... More

The double ensuite is very nice, with a huge bed and a huge TV. The bathroom is very small, but ok. There is a lot of street noise, so be prepared. The facilities are clean, the breakfast offered is also nice, and the staff is really helpful. Leandro gave us excellent tips about places in Rome.

This hostel is a good base for exploring Rome. It is close to the metro and you can walk to the Coliseum. The staff were all very nice and breakfast was decent. The shared bathroom was large, clean and charming. The dorm room where we stayed was very basic. We didn't even have a trash can. There were no lockers... More
