Didnt know how far out of Rome the hotel was used a taxi from Ciampino Airport and was charged Euro 90 even though it was an official white taxi. Reception staff very helpful day & night. We chose a hotel outside Rome as we were by car. This hotel is brand new. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good bus/metro connection to Rome. Lido di Ostia Antica is nearby. Free wifi.

I rented a villa for few days. It was very noisy because of children left alone in the villas common areas screaming and playing football till late night. Talking to the reception was not helpful. Not collaborative.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are well furnished, the parking in the garage is free...but...the woman at the reception was completely unhelpful and very rude. I'd go back except for the fact that I might have to deal with her again. I've actually cancelled my reservation for next week because of this experience.
