This hotel is very strict with noise control at night. You have to whisper when walking through the hallways. The elevator is very, very small for luggage so you have to take it one yo two people at a time if you both have big luggages. Also, concierge doesn't carry your luggage down here.

The front desk clerks were very helpful. Hotel is in a great location; within walking distance to everywhere except the Vatican. Fantastic facility overall and very clean and modern with evrrything you need for a cozy stay. Upon check in, we were offered a hair dryer, adapters, and free water for the duration of our stay.
