This establishment is very cosy ,clean and comfortable. It is no looker but at 75 euros a night, we found this B&B to be of extremely good value. It's Chinese owned B&B - small, pretty clean apartment with private bathroom in our room. Very convenient location next to Termini station if you would like to get early flight using train from Termini to Fiumicino airport. My wife and myself stayed at the Capellini for 2 night during the beatification of John Paul II. Even though the street and the entrance to the building where the B&B is situated do indeed look rather dirty, the B&B itself is well kept and clean. The B&B is on a horrible street in a horrible area and has a horrible entry. That said, the hosts were friendly and we did have a double room with bathroom for only £60; amazing for a last minute booking in Rome.
