Cosy hotel (a beautiful house with a great garden) in a quiet area (surrounded by embassies) 30 minutes walking from Rome center or 10 minutes by bus. Room big enough (not huge but modern decorated and very nice and quiet). Staff was correct and breakfast a bit poor (for us it was enough: coffee/tea, bread (no toast) and some cakes).
