“Great Location - thin walls”

Overall this place is fantastic with lots to offer and rooms that are well thought out to please. I have stayed several times and this last room was the nicest. “An amazing place to stay!”

My wife & I arrived there on our honeymoon. The hotel is in the beautiful Galleria Umberto. When we arrived we were suprised with a free upgrade on our room because we were on our honeymoon. The location of this hotel is fantastic! There are shops and bars in the galleria and the atmosphere makes you feel like you are stepping back in time. The staff were friendly and helpful. “DIRTY, BAD SERVICE, HORRIBLE HOTEL !”

Our room was very DIRTY, no toilet paper, NOISY room overlooking galleria until midnight, breakfast was very poor, batrooom was DIRTY, receptionist not helpful / poor english. NOT RECOMMENDED TO STAY HERE

“Worst hotel, Dont go !!!!”

Worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Breakfast cold. Rooms noisy, Kids playing football in galleria until midnight.Lift was broken, Very long flights of stairs, Room decor dated, Bathroom very dirty / No toilet tissue, Dont know how they got a 4 star / probably 2 at best. Receptionist didn't understand English and we couldn't understand her.

We had a room that was not through the hotel's main entrance. Seemed dodgy at first, but all turned out fine. Only 4 rooms on our section. Was loud when the reception rings in the middle of the night- can hear it from our room. Breakfast was great. They even boiled eggs for us on request. Free champagne between 7-9pm.... More
