i like this hotel. I didn't expect much and they surprised me. Great breakfast cakes too and perfect central location.

Especially the treatment from the reception people. Location of hotel - is perfect: near the old city, the port.

The reception staff was courteous and helpful. Location is excellent for seeing the sights in Naples, and is quite near to the Train Station, the Funicularie, the Metro and the bus.The rooms were comfortable and housekeeping was efficeint. Good breakfast. Good air conditioning in the room. The room has no window but only a exit to the balcony.

This was my second 3 week stay at the Oriente and until my wife's diamond rings disappeared from our room, the visit was wonderful. Booked this hotel already feeling a little nervous, but decided to try it out ( this is my first time in Naples by the way). The hotel is well located on a quiet modern street just off Via Toledo and close to major attractions and shopping areas. This said, it is quite difficult to find other positive aspects about this (apparently) 4 stars establishment. They call themselves a 4-star hotel, but our experience at the charming 3-star Hotel Bellini far surpassed this.
