Easy check-in. Very helpful reception staff, supporting our personal request and arranging transport to location. Lack of tea/coffee in rooms, but mini bar (with cost) available. Rooms very comfortable and pleasant. Not many residents, as staying out of season, so quiet on the terrace. Location made it difficult to wander out in the evening. Would recommend to others.

The hotel is very clean, our room was spacious with a balcony and fantastic view over the city and the bay, looking towards the mountains. The beds were comfortable and the showers never ran out of hot water. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We stayed overnight at this hotel to catch a flight the following morning. The hotel is about 3 miles from the airport. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful with every request. The room was spacious with a great view on Naples. Getting to the hotel was an experience in itself, narrow winding streets. That is part of the Naples experience. I would stay there again. Bella Napoli.
