The staff could not be more friendly and accommodating. Property is amazing. First rate.

You can't get any better than this. Impeccable location, service, premises.... what else? Even the city working in their favor, the whole area around the hotel and down the boardwalk is blocked off for the America's Cup - awesome!

The hotel was all that we expected and more. Great Location. Great Rooms, Great Staff. We only wished we had stayed longer in Naples. Breakfast was excellent. We did take a cab "Flat Fare " from the airport to the hotel which cost about $30-35 euros. Well woth it. Would definitely stay here again.

We found the service at reception was poor and unhelpful. We had to wait a long time and make several phone calls, some which were unanswered before our luggage arrived in our room. Fantastic location, efficient staff and wonderful food in roof top restaurant. Slightly dated feel about the place but everything is in good order and the rooms are well appointed and sufficiently luxurious. The roof top restaurant was empty when we went: no idea why as the service and food was excellent.
