Don't expect to swim in their pool. It's not finished. They've been working on it for 2 years+. I stayed there June, 2011 for five nites. If you want to swim, they refer you to the Hotel Mamela next door and charge you Ten Euros p/p. The views are magnificent which makes up for the unfriendliness of the hotel staff.

La Floridiana property is beautiful and the staff went above my expectations. Every question was answered, all inquireries were phoned ahead assuring us that the activity was open and available, all concerns were addressed promptly and very courteously. I highly recommend this hotel.
