Wonderfully located hotel to visit Sorrento and all around. Continental breakfast offered and staff friendly and helpful, all except the night manager who doesn't seem to know anything but walking around looking important. During the day, absolutely good service from tour operator, front desk and cleaning staff. Woudl definitely return.

We've used this hotel for many years now,and seen it change from an ordinary tourist hotel to the great one it is today Roberto and his family have done a fantastic job rooms are clean and the food is proper Italianfare and not tourist junk we will carry on returning for as long as we can long may it reign!

Having read a review of the above hotel in 2007, where it was stated by the reviewer that it was appalling and that Thomsons were pulling out of selling the Ascot as a destination in 2008, this review is wrong, apart from being a fabulous hotel, Thomson never have and never intended to pull out and are still selling holidays...
