+ Lovely set around lemon-trees and orange-trees + fantastic view of the bay of Naples and Vesuvius + the kindest staff I have ever seen + great breakfast with local products + rooms incredibly clean, decorated with taste - location a little bit hard to find without a GPS - acoustic isolation of the rooms is quite poor
