Nice hotel,very clean situated right in the hearth of sorrento. The staff was very kind and carefull. Breakfast was good and tasty. We were very disappointed when we had to pay 25€ for one night parking because the hotel didn't has their own parking. At least they should have an agreement with the parking owner

Rooms were clean, bright and spacious. Excellent service from all staff members. Very centrally located and easily accessible from train and bus stations. The Jannuzzi shop next door has some beautiful items found in the hotel for sale by the original Jannuzzi family. Our room had a beautiful view of the main piazza.

The Palazzo Jannuzzi Relais is a beautiful, clean and welcoming place to stay. The Jannuzzi family were all so friendly and hospitable. They made our stay very comfortable. My husband and I were extremely impressed with the beautiful artisian wood furniture, stoneware, and linens in the A. Gargiulo and Jannuzzi Department Store. We are so pleased with our purchases!
