We stayed for one night and would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Matera. Great location, close to Sassi and many spectacular views. Good sized, quiet room with excellent facilities to stay longer than one night if needed. Staff friendly and very helpful. Typical Italian breakfast with lots to choose from. Great place to stay at reasonable price.

Big room with kitchenette, direct access to street. Good location for walks through Matera. We parked our car for 3 nights and walked everywhere in the old and new town. The staff was just unbelievably helpful and courteous. Large breakfast, big sitting area with magazines, etc. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This place is run by a family, but the service is really like hotel standard. Staffs are extremely friendly and it's very quite and comfortable to live. I will definitely come back next time cause I have been Italy for 2 wks and this is the only place that I can call home! Thank you and grazie!

Intimate hotel right at the edge of the old city (Sassi) making walking tours right from the hotel very convenient.
