The staff was absolutely great helping me with my missing luggage (Iberia lost it). If the WiFi had worked better (or even at all) i would have given this hotel a *****. Great location, really close to both El Corte Ingles and Aqua 8Shopping centres). The room (414) was very nice and clean. Two showers in the bathroom(!!)

The hotel is perfectly situated - next to the Oceanografic. Just opposite of the hotel there are 2 shopping malls.
