Hi all this is my first time going to benidorm. I have read some terrible reports about this apartment only after I booked it.......please put my mind at ease.....we fly out the end of this month. Also could anyone recommend best cheap places to eat drink and food shop.

Collected keys from Agency on Av de Costello, at the beach promenade. I paid 50 euros damage deposit but a group of young men for instance may have to pay a lot more. We were a little concerned too when we read the reviews but it was a nice stay. Collecting the keys is a bit of a pain as arriving later at night you have to go to the Buenavista Apartments and it is a 20 minute walk, which with 2 cases is a bit of a pain. Also they like them... More

I was a bit nervous about the apartments after reading reviews but am glad to say was nicely surprised. the europa center is ideal for families. my husband and I took our three under 11 aged children. the only things that let the accomodation down was picking up of and the returning of the key, also the lack of english.... just got back from these apartments absolutely brilliant clean yes they were basic but very secure full value for money having a washing machine in meant we didnt have to take too many clothes pool fantasticly situated in the sun all day and just far enough away from the nightlife to keep the noise to a minimum will definately use... having been to benidorm before on a budget, we knew what to expext, clean tidy and basic, highly recommend for a family was 5 of us, my wife and i, three kids 12,11 and 6. just used it as a base, well situated for everything, beach bars cafes etc etc. lovely swimming pool for residents only. only one down bit... my sister and her bf booked this apartment for the nov benidorm festivals for a week. I was a bit naughty and just booked the flights and stayed here for my 3 nights stay, noone said a word you hardley saw the security i think that they must really be used for people who live there and not for holiday... firstly i would like to warn people of muggers in the area of europa centre,,we were approached within 30 seconds of getting off coach,luckily we got away but theres a lot of muggings happening..had to pay 8 euros in a taxi to get keys from another hotel and pay £120 deposit ....apts. are clean and spacious..but lacking in self catering...
