Beautiful hotel. We had room 204 which was larger than most with a huge bathroom. Great service from the reception and door staff. Only tiny gripe was that breakfast is partly served rather than buffet with few staff which can make it a bit slow. Very reasonable room service costs. Nice bar next door. Would definitely stay here again. More

We visited during the famed San Fermin fiesta when Pamplona (iruna) parties big time and is possibly the worst time to visit any hotel, except it wasn't!!!! This hotel far exceeds other 4 star hotels in Europe! It is a luxurious boutique hotel in heart of Pamplona. Rooms are beautifully decorated, very spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we only had one night here! The hotel is a recently renovated palace - right in the old historic part of town. The staff is very attentive (good English spoken) and helpful. At the time of writing, the hotel has been open for just about a year. From the moment the front door is opened for you (yes, it still happens) you are made to feel like the only guest.
