The hotel is right across from the Atocha train station. Travelling anywhere from the stop was very convenient. The hotel is very close to the the museums and Retiro Park. I didn't realize how close we were to the museums until the final part of our trip. If you are looking for night life or shopping, this isn't the spot.... More

The location is perfect, near all major museums, metro and train station. Large, comfortable room, very comfortable bed. Staff helpful and accommodating, even let us use the computer briefly to print boarding passes at no charge. Breakfast overpriced, but interesting food, maybe worth trying once if you are there for a few days. We had no problems with noise. Would... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights at the end of April and for 5 nights early in May. Overall, it is a good value. It is located very close to the Atocha railway station and the Reina Sofia museum. The Prado and the Botanical Garden are also quite nearby. The hotel itself is modern and the staff is... More

My girlfriend and I were visiting Madrid together after having been before (she lived there for a year). The location was okay as we had planned to take a trip out to Toledo one day and it's very close (5 minutes walk) from Atocha station. However, there are plenty of places closer to better areas for shopping, eating, nightlife, etc.... More

Stayed here with friends in May 2012. Hotel is a short walk from the main Atocha railway station and right in the heart of Madrid. Entrance and lobby are modern and inviting and staff were professional and courteous at all times. The rooms are a good size with a spacious bathroom and plenty of storage space and a built in... They quoted a price to park in writing ... and then charged me more than quoted. Their mistake they told me but I was still expected to pay the extra. Do they really expect me to recommend them after that poor customer service experience?

Not too bad but nothing special, the rooms are nice, clean and the closeness to Atocha and Paseo del Prado is very convenient. We got a very good rate through Expedia booking far in advance. Most of the floors are non-smoking however our first room smelled like tobacco, but they moved us to another room. All rooms have a ashtrays... More

Usually hotels near train stations are older and less well-appointed than their more glamorous cousins in the city centre. I picked this hotel for our final night in Madrid, so we’d be close to the airport bus leaving from Atocha station next day. (And it really is close – it takes about 5 minutes to walk, including waiting to cross... More

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was great. Lovely rooms. The staff were great!!! I lost my phone and they let me use their computer and phone to sort it all out. Would recommend this hotel.
