They quoted a price to park in writing ... and then charged me more than quoted. Their mistake they told me but I was still expected to pay the extra. Do they really expect me to recommend them after that poor customer service experience?

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was great. Lovely rooms. The staff were great!!! I lost my phone and they let me use their computer and phone to sort it all out. Would recommend this hotel.
