The location is the best. It's 1 minute walk to the metro Opera station. It's so convenient to go anywhere. There are many restaurants around the hotel. The only bad thing is the room is really really small. We can barely fit our 3 luggage into the room. I feel so cramped in there.

Excellent location to explore the city from. Fernando gave us great advice on places to eat. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable about Madrid places to visit, eat and drink. Happy to recommend this hotel.
