The room was small but clean. The bathroom was also the same. All of my valuables were safe there including my netbook. Very basic accommodations but it was adequate for my 3 night stay.

I stayed here 2 nights with a friend. It's very basic - small rooms, limited resources. Not much choice for breakfast. Wasn't worth the EUR 200 that we paid for it.
Positives
- Great location - it is right on the Gran Via
- In the Chueca district so lots of restaurants/bars in the area

Negative The hotel is basic and some of the rooms we saw were very small and pokey. The inner rooms seem smaller than the outer rooms. It is above local bar/clubs but the noise stopped around 2am (not particularly loud)
The towels are very hard and I had to remove an outer balnket as it scratched...

Common areas and rooms are clean and nicely decorated but my room was quite cramped and got a lot of noise from the street, even with shutters and windows closed. The location is good, near to Gran Via metro but it is on the edge of a bar and party area so you can get quite lot of noise at...

Modern, smart rooms and a great location make this an ideal place to stay for seeing the sights in Madrid. Free wifi throughout and very helpful staff.

No air conditioning - this was august - so if you can cope...

I liked this hotel, and would recommend this for travellers. very clean! As I'm here on business, the hotel was a little too rustic - the internet connection was ok, but not great, and there was no way to make coffee/tea in the room while I worked.
Walls are thin!! It was nice and quiet on the inner courtyard, except...
