The hotel was conveniently located close to Puerta Del Sol, which gives you walking access to all of Madrid's famous shops, bars, and attractions. The staff is a bit rude and not helpful, but that is an attitude all around the city.

Location was great, right in the centre, but very noisey at night, dispite the 2 x double glazlng. A bit shabby and could do with a make over but was clean and safe. Breakfast was very basic but all in all we were happy and got value for our 64 euros per night for a double room with breakfast.
