Good centrally located hotel in Madrid, pleasant staff, well fitted out rooms with very effective and necessary air conditioning. Nice bar and restaurant but the more exciting menu is the Tapas in the bar, highly recommend the grilled asparagus and baby squid.

This hotel has it all - great location, quiet, comfortable rooms and a wonderful staff. Oh, and it's so reasonably priced! Very hard to find that combination in a big city. Will return again and again.

The staff are wonderful and warm here. They are incredibly helpful and extremely hardworking. The hotel is very clean. The location is excellent, you are in a great central location to walk to all the Plazas. Their restaurant is also very good. They really made us feel like family.
