Stayed at this hotel as it was special rate for conference/expo I was attending in Madrid. Hotel was great place to stay; clean, smart, modern; great breakfast; friendly staff. Wifi worked well and is a reasonable modest charge 12 Euro for 24 hours or free in public areas. Beds were also very comfortable It's location is approx 20 mins from... More

Hotel is very well located. Rooms are modern and well kept. The hotel is lacking in a few areas: the gym is very small, and wifi does not work well at all. The staff is very helpful and the hotel breakfast is very good. The hotel is ideal for business travel but not for families as it has no play... More

The Cuzco property (a former classical Madrid hotel) was renewed some years ago but the rooms remain wide for Madrid's standards. A casual bar at the lobby is a perfect place for an evening drink. The lobby has free internet but it has to be paid on rooms at very high rates. A better choice: buy a modem with a... More

We have just spend the weekend at Cuzco. After arrival we heard that our childrens room would be on another floor than our room, although we had booked two rooms next to each other already 4 months ago. Initially changing was impossible. After insisting and the language issue (the English of the staff was terrible) they arranged everything and we... More

This was a pleasant hotel experience from the moment we arrived. The hotel is very modern, cheerful, and attractive. It was clean as a whistle and reasonbly quiet. The location is superb, in that it is close to a metro stop and a bus stop. There was a mini bar with juice, water, and soda in the room. Don't expect... More

Satyed here for five days from Sunday pm to Friday am in April, 2012 The hotel is business orientated: the lobby is quiet, elegant and does not look like a train station with hordes of guest stepping into or out of massive buses. Rooms are well appointed, comfortable modern with a good space to work. Mini bar is stocked with... More

I Liked it. It's a modern Hotel with spacious rooms and good facilities. It's close to Castellana, near Satiago Barnabeu. There are plenty good restaurants nearby. Although I had stayed here for business, I'd recommend to visit Madrid, because you may find taxi's, bus and Metro at a very short distance. Breakfast is common (options are sufficient, but nothing that... More

The hotel is clean and well equipped but it's very noisy from both the traffic outside (and I was on floor 14) but also from room to room with the sound of baths, toilet flushes and other activities travelling through walls. I had asked , and been promised, feather pillows but there weren't any and at checkout was not even... More

I went to Madrid for a football match and so the location was great just 5 minutes walk from the Santiago Bernabeu stadium. The service was excellent the lobby was nice a bit dark but with a good taste and the room was really very nice. The room was very big and roomy with nice modern interior. The only downside... More

Stayed here and held a business function for 3 days in November 2011. The service, rooms, breakfast and facilities were great and sufficient restaurants for business lunches nearby. The only dissappointing and highly frustrating aspect was the wifi in the freezones which constantly was unavailable, something that the hotel must improve on.
