This hotel was great for our weekend trip. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Location was good for all the sights, hotel is very close to Underground station etc. Breakfast was good, service staff nice and efficient at all times.

This hotel has all the things you'd expect from Intercontinental - opulent decor, helpful concierge, generous-sized rooms and a plentiful breakfast buffet. As a Royal Ambassador I received an upgrade to a large Club InterContinental room complete with lounge access. In addition Royal Ambassador (the highest level of status with InterContinental) receive complimentary minibar, Internet and movies.
