We had a large triple room which was very nice, with traditional decor. The pool area is great but the pool is freezing and drinks expensive. The food at the pool area is nice and reasonably priced, we did not eat in the restaurant, why would you when you have the whole of Madrid on your doorstep.

The room on the eight floor was noisy- it was possible to hear clearly what was going on next door. Worse, the staff were inattentive and, on one occasion, downright rude. Breakfast was quite good.
