Please be warned that this 4 star hotel has a policy of giving complimentary drinking water only on the first day of check in. That's it. Period. At 12am, I was trying to find out more from the front desk, the staff would only feign ignorance and get busy in their made believed heavy workload.

This is a hotell for people attaining conferences. This was a working visit to Spain which means I spent most of my time actually at the hotel. Just north of Real Madrid Stadium, this would not be the place to stay for touristy downtown trip. It is however a well appointed, and very comfortable business hotel with helpful staff, good conference facilities and good food. Rooms very comfortable and well appointed. Good free WiFi throughout.

Excellent hotel, service, location, room, cleanliness and quality. Hotel is well furnished and very well located to move within the city or to the outskirts of Madrid. Staff is friendly and rooms are in excellent conditions.
