Great location, staff was nice. Updated baths, in the heart of it all! Wifi worked great which is hard to come by in spain. Our air didn't work, but that was the only fluke. Bars and restaurants all around.

I liked this hotel. While the room wasn't that big, and we no real view apart form the inner yard, service was splendid, room service perfect, breakfast aplenty and wi-fi working smoothly.

Excellent location in the heart of Madrid! The Breakfast buffet was various and good. The personnel at the recption desk was very nice and gave us very good suggestions for restaurants and taxi service. The rooms are clean. the Wifi is free.

right on Puerta del Sol, you can be in the middle of Madrid. The hotel was pretty, the rooms were a bit small but still okay. Please note, a taxi cannot get you to this hotel. So, if you have elderly people or a lot of luggage,do not stay here. A taxi can get you within a walk but you need to pass thru Puerta del Sol on foot to get there. The staff was rude, unhelpful and the hotel itself was a bit run down.... More
