First impression when you enter the hotel : a massive pillar right in the middle of the entrance, that you have to avoid if you want to enter. The rest of the hotel is similar : small, badly conceived, impersonal. Rooms are noisy, I did not have any pleasure staying there.

I spend one night there and I make a phone call that I didn't even got connected and the next day they charge me 5 euros because of 14 seconds phone call, so be careful don't touch the phone. The rooms are very small and they always give you twin beds Insted of a normal bed, horrible.

We stayed in the NH in Aug for two nights. It was central to the park retiero and many other landmarks. It was clean and just like a good hotel. Breakfast was very good, it would have been better if the pool was bigger with more sun loungers. The staff were excellent and we enjoyed our stay here :)
