Fine hotel very close to main shopping mall and metro stations. Very clean and housekeeping was excellent. Rooms nice and big and airy. Could do with coffee/tea makers in rooms. Staff very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel as a great location in the city of Madrid

I spent several months spending Mon-Fri in Madrid last year and I stayed in a number of hotels in the sub £100 per night bracket. This hotel is well appointed and has a good gym inc a swimming pool. Best room rates seem to be available in July/August. Front desk staff could be friendlier. Otherwise no complaints.
