Just spent 3 nights at the Hotel Arosa. Hotel is very conveniently located and perfectly adequate for a short stay. I requested a smoking room which, Ive got to say was quite basic but my friends stayed in a non-smoking room which had been refurbished and was far nicer.

The good. Friendly staff, great location, cleanliness, frew wifi, breakfast. The unique lift. The bad. Small rooms. The worman drilling at 8 in morning outside your window. The room facilities aren't as described online - there is no tea/ coffee making facilities, ironing board etc. Overall it is a an ok hotel, but 3 star not 4.
