Would definitely recommend this hotel. We stayed there while in Spain for a wedding. The staff was great. We had a last minute addition to our party and they were very accommodating even though the hotel was full. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. Clean and new. It was in a great location in Madrid city center. The... More

Stayed at the Arosa for 3 nights and I found that the staff tries hard to make everyone's stay a pleasant one. They are helpful, curteous and friendly. The rooms are typical european size (tight) but the bed was comfortable and the space was sufficient. Location is central, walking distance to all Madrid has to offer. Yes, the hookers set... More

This was our second visit to Madrid and our second visit to this hotel... and it did not disappoint. It is located right on the Gran Via within easy walk of the Puerto del Sol and the Plaza Mayor. Bus lines (including the Tourista bus) right off the front door. We asked for a street view and our balcony overlooked... More

This is a great option to stay in Madrid for business or tourism. The Hotel is basic but very good. I have stayed 2 times in my visits to madrid, and the best of all is the location. Right in the Gran Via and next to the metro station. I have not tried the restaurants. They have free internet for... More

Hotel was really unfriendly on check-in. Didn't offer a map. Didn't offer password for wifi. Basically chatted amongst themselves in Spanish and dismissed us immediately after verifying passport and credit card info. Later, between midnight and 5am, a steady stream of noisy guests walked to their rooms. This hotel needs signs telling guests to be quiet after a certain time.... More

Stayed here for 4 days and were really pleased with our selection. The entrance to the hotel is in a side street but don't let that put you off. We had a nice airy room with 2 large windows looking out on the Gran Via. I have read reports about the noise from the traffic but it did not effect... More

Well located hotel overlooking Gran Via, which means it's noisy all the time. Staff are helpful; lifts (especially the left one, in the size of small triangle) are small. Wifi is free but not particularly quick. Our bathroom was split - toilet on one side of the room and main, but small, bathroom on the other side. Avocado was fashionable... More

This is a very central hotel, in a side street off the Gran Via which is the main shopping street. There is a good buffet breakfast, which caters for all tastes, in hot items. Between 6pm and 8pm, you can get a free glass of cava in the bar area. There are also 2 computers with free internet access and... More

Nice, clean hotel, near many attraktions, and shopping. The hotel offers shuttelbus service. The rooms were small.
