When you step into this hotel you are in a world people enjoyed 100 years ago, and I wish there were more of those. The location is the best, the atmosphere is authentic, the service is superior, what else can you ask for?

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and it was really nice! although you could hear the plumbing system since it is quite an old hotel. although service was excellent! Breakfast was great!! most important is that they had slippers which actually fit you instead of just having a flipflop that makes you trip all the time.Room service was great!!!

We loved our stay at this elegant hotel. Everything was top notch - nice breakfast buffet, excellent service, helpful concierge and front desk staff. We had a room with a king size bed and a nice view. Try to get a package which includes your breakfast which adds value.

We stayed at this hotel and were given a classic room. Bathroom was small and antiquated with only a shower over the bath. When exiting the bath you end up in the toilet or the bidet. Super service, rooms, staff, on and on. The Madrid Ritz sets the standards of elegance. Not for those on a buget! Sterling silverware, fine china, and crystal even when ordering room service.

The location of this great hotel is the best in town, right next to the park and in the middle of it all. We had excellent service while staying here, and our rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. We especially loved spending time sitting in the garden for tea time and ice cream. Dinner on the balcony under the awning was also excellent.
