“Relaxing stay, perfect location”

Nice welcome with a glass of champagne. The young female receptionist was very helpfull during the day. Also the two male staffmembers at the breakfast during the weekend were very helpful. “Gr8 location and good rooms”

very good location and the rooms are good too, parking is very convenient but at a cost . There are lots of good resturates close by but u need to walk a little for shopping areas . also the security around the hotel is very good so very safe place to stay.

This is a nice, practical hotel with good, clean rooms. We stayed there with our 12 year old son and the duplex suite was very comfortable. “Quality Hotel with a great location”

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had a duplex room on the fifth floor which was comfortable and very quiet. The front desk staff was helpful with restaurant reservations. We loved Madrid and would definately stay here again.

Excellent location near the Thyssen and Prado, next to Four Seasons. Excellent restaurant: foie gras with sherry reduction, perfectly seasoned with kosher salt; veal filet, again perfectly seasoned. Decent, but small wine list. Good service.
