I stayed with a group in Crowne Plaza Madrid Airport in October 2012. Rooms are really great in size with absolute sound proofing. Staff was really helpful in supplying small helps to our group members. Hotel has a free Shuttle service from Airport. One need to prebook the same.

I stay in Crown Plaza Madrid hotel in october for one night between my fligth from South America. Hotel room was very nice and clean. Hotel have free shuttle ,but you need to call them. Location is bad, if you want go to city you need taxi. Food in resturant was very good .Staff was friendly and helpful.
