The hotel is located near Bilbao metro station (2 mins walk), and 15 min walk from the Gran Via. The neighbourhood is very nice and there are restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel rooms are nicely decorated and the breakfast buffet is average. The staff at the hotel are ok and do need some prompting to get things done (not... More

Room very big and very clean with a comfortable bed. Beautiful bathroom fully furnished with toothbrush, razor and soap given by the hotel. We enjoyed also the wellness center with a jacuzzi, a sauna and a small gym. The hotel is just 200m far from Bilbao metro stop, that is three stops far from plaza del sol metro stop, metro... More

The man at the desk was haughty and didn't want to help us with anything. The hotel is just a hotel, nothing special at all. The breakfast was good. They charged us an INSANE amount for the extra bed. We booked it because it was near a school where I needed to take a test, but besides that, I'm sure... More

Very simple, WiFi is good, but other than that this hotel doesn't have anything that makes it stand out, therefore I give it a 3.

This hotel is fine. Nothing special. The location is good. It's near a metro station and not far from points of interest. The mattress was not comfortable. The pillows were too soft and skimpy. There were two separate beds so we had to sleep separately. You have to ask for ironing board and iron. But overall it was not an unpleasant... More

We booked the hotel on the internet - based on other reviews. We found it perfectly located for Jewish Sabbath observers ,as it was very close to the synogogue in a lovely quiet neighborhood. It was walking distance to the museums and we enjoyed the walk in beautiful weather. The hotel has large rooms, was clean and well-kept, and the... More

O.k. first thing to say is we had a room upgrade to an Executive Suite so my review is going to be somewhat biased, however, this is a great Hotel in a great location, only a 2 minute walk to the underground which is on the same line as Gran Vie, anyway, back to the hotel, it is smaller than... Located just a short way from one of the main thoroughfares (with easy access to the Metro), this is conveniently located to many desirable venues in Madrid. Rooms are tastefully decorated, clean and quiet. Took some time to get used to using the "card" for electricity. We opted to include "breakfast" with our room. Skip it. Substance and Service left... This hotel is situated only 3-4 minute’s walk from the Madrid Metro's line nr 1 (station "Bilbao", exit "Trafalgar"). For that reason this hotel can be a good choice in Madrid. For the same money you get "more hotel" here than if you stay over at another hotel at the very central part of this beautiful town. From "Bilbao" it's... More

We booked our trip at the last minute and got a good deal which is why we ultimately chose it. It's a short walk from the metro and lots of tapas bars and restaurants but the real sticking point was that you could hear EVERYTHING that was going on in the rooms next door from nose blowing through to the...
