Nice hotel, located near train station (100m) and very close to Gran Via (200m), the main avenue where you can find shops, El Corte Inglés as well as many restaurants. I had a suite there and it had a nice size BUT all suites in that hotel do no have air conditionning and it was 29celcius outside! All other rooms have A/C. Cleansiness of carpets and walls was marginal. Breakfast was OK. Garage parking is small and narrow... beware. Location of this hotel is good.
I had some problem to communicate in English with the Reception. I would have liked some international television channel. The service and the quality are in the average of the hotels of this level.
I really recomend it for a weekend getaway. La bufadora was astonishing. The food was great, there is a large variety of restaurants downtown. Visiting the wine country was relaxing and they have an annual wine fair/ contest along with a "paella" contest.
