My room (310) was excellent. The elevators are a frustration as they are very small and run very slowly. The morning breakfast was average. The front desk staff was cordial and spoke reasonably good English. Of the five hotels we have been in on this trip, this hotel had the best WiFi, with a quick and strong connection.

We stayed here during a 3 day stay in Santiago. Our room had huge balcony as a bonus. The hotel is located within a 15 minute walk to main city center and park Check in and checkout was smooth. All the desk staff that I encountered was extremely friendly, helpful and spoke fluent English (major plus since my Castilian is... More

The rooms are fine, small, but enough. The service staff is very bad, there disponisión of service or customer service. It is also far from downtown. Las habitaciones están bien, son pequeñas pero suficientes. El personal de servicio es muy malo, no existe disponisión de servicio ni atención al cliente. Además está muy alejado del centro.

This Hotel is well located near the city center and the Catedral of Santiago. The rooms are very nice for a 4star hotel. You have a nice buffet breakfast too. It´s a very good choice if you go for cultural holidays or business. I went there for the new year party and was a fantastic night!

The outdoor pool is probably what earned the fourth star. The restaurant & breakfast were lovely and the hotel is about a 15 minute stroll from the old part of town, but the rooms and bathrooms were small and NOT well-appointed. Some people on our tour said their rooms were dirty. Many people also had trouble adjusting the shower -... More

We only stayed for one night with no breakfast for €65. (great bakery & fruit shop around the corner) This hotel is very central just a short stroll from the centre of everything. We walked safely back at midnight. Standard Spacious Room, very comfortable bed with a large bathroom. Great value for money so I highly recommend this hotel for... More

I stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of July 2010. I must say I am surprised at this hotel's fairly lowly rating in the Santiago de Compostela hotel rankings. The rooms were of a decent size, very clean, well appointed, and with a good, *quiet* air-conditioning system! Breakfast was good, and the staff at the both the reception... More

We were on a 14-day tour through northern Spain and had some up-and-down experiences at the various hotels - but we absolutely LOVED this hotel!! The buffet breakfast was fabulous, the gardens were beautiful and the rooms were clean and lovely. Our favorite hotel of all, in fact! Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Hesperia Perigrino Hotel for two nights in September, 2007. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a business and residential area not far from and within walking distance of the center of Santiago. The food at the hotel was good, and a number of restaurants and markets are within easy walking distance.
