Pension is located in the perfect area, just in the neighborhood of the Cathedral. It is small object with several rooms, but kept in excellent condition. Rooms are so cozy and nice. At the reception we met very helpful staff. Hotel is just in the middle of city centre, so morning noise is something that you could expect, but windows... More

The staff were very helpful when I had an unexpected change of plans. Manuel went out of his way to return some luggage that I had left at the hotel. I am very lucky that I booked with such a great hotel.

Location excellent, no booking with us as usual but a lovely room with exposed stonework in a great spot for us to fall back into after the mother of all bar crawls. Sweet lady in reception. Rooms a little small, and the noise from the streets around 4am is a little tiresome, but hey it's Spain, they're nocturnal get over... More

I may have been a little influenced by finishing the Camino, as anywhere that doesn't include a 20km walk the next day seems pretty nice, but if you are doing the Camino and reach the end then this is a perfect place. It is bang in the centre, near the cathedral, and if church bells annoy you well you better... More

During my 12 day Northern Spain sojourn, this hostel has the best service. The staff are unbelievably friendly (since Im an experienced traveller I can spot the "forced friendliness" and the genuine friendliness, and in Badalada it's the latter. The room is small but spotlessly clean. I agree with the noise from the wooden floors but nothing my Bose noisecancelling... More

The rooms are quite small but adequate. Staff speak only limited English but the pensión is spotless. The location is absolutely superb being only a few minutes walk from the Cathedral and close to all the amenities the city has to offer. We arrived early but they still booked us in. Would stay here again when I next go to... More

This small serene pension is in the old city, close to the Cathedral and walking distance to the railway station - if you don't get lost in the meandering streets of Santiago. The owners have limited English, but are hospitable, and maintain an immaculate house. My luggage was held for me while I walked to Finisterre, and when I arrived... More

Location great. Owners great. Quiet location, but wooden floors and stairs mean you can hear lots of noise when others are moving around (but as there are only a handful of rooms this isn't often). Rooms are small, but this is a pension not a a five star hotel. For the location alone I would return here - 2 mins... More

It is very nice place to stay but maybe not for a long time. The room and bathroom are quite small however clean and well furnished. The location is great - only 2 minutes walk from the Cathedral and Praza de Obradorio. Is is also a quiet place. The internet works only downstairs in the hall (or maybe in the... More
