Booked this for a group of nine (aged 9-69), then read some of the reviews on this site! We were full of trepidation before we arrived, expecting something between Fawlty Towers and a house of horrors! We were all pleasantly surprised. We stayed in the new part of the hotel; rooms were lovely and very clean. The staff & food... More
