The location was good. It was clean. But for the price it was nothing special. Too cold to use the pool while we were there. Within walking distance of Palau de la Musica, which was important to us.

I've stayed here several times over the last 5 years and really love Hotel Ciutat de Barcelona in el Born. The rooms are smart and simple, ask for a corner and get more windows, there's free chilled bottle water, the desk staff members are lovely and if you opt for the buffet breakfast you'll be well fed with excellent coffee....
