Went to this Hotel from 17th to the 20th February 2010. The hotel is situated just of la Rambla in a quiet little street with a restaurant directly opposite and bar and eating facilities in the hotel. The location is great! The room we got was nice and very clean, also they have free wi-fi which is important since most places in Barcelona don't. Room was clean and comfortable. Location ideal and excellent vegetarian restaurant (I never thought I would say that)in the same street. Free internet & wi-fi too. Next time I return to Barcelona I will re-book here.

We loved the Hotel Catalunya. It was clean, comfortable and secure. The staff spoke English well and were very helpful in providing information on sights, transportation and restaurants.
