I couldn't fault this stay at all... Rooms are amazing and staff are really friendly. It's about an hour walk into town centre but it's a really pleasant walk where you can see sights along the way. I have stayed here one night and found the staff, reception, food and price unlievably good. Clean bed great bathroom in Sierra 2k from centre with loads of busses and metro nearby. Great stair ants 1block either way and I mean great good food good price.

We had a bit of a frustrating 3 night stay here. The hotel is woefully understaffed. Asking anything of reception is pointless as they don't have a clue. Some of the other reviews are commenting on how much the standard here has dropped, particularly the fixtures and fitting in the rooms. I can't say I've found the same, not this time and not when I was here last in April 2011. Wifi has been fine, no issue to download a movie from iTunes.
