Missed not having tea and coffee making facilities Could not check in first night as there was a problem. I was not available to receive my emails and would have expected a phone call. Over all I enjoyed my stay and the staff were very pleasent and friendly.

This is a great place for couples, families, and groups of friends. The location is surprisingly quiet, and there is so much to do right outside your door. The rooms here are enormous and beautifully furnished. The staff is very friendly and helpful. i would like to said please do not charge the wiifii !

The hotel was centrally located to everything. About a 30eur can ride from airport or 12 eur ride from Sants train stop. The hotel felt more like a business hotel. Good location close to Passeig Gracia and many good restaurants plus all the Gaudi museums. The NY loft style is overdone and less would have been more. Nth bad to say at all, good service, small roof top terrace with even smaller pool. 190€ for a double room without WiFi/breakfast is simply too much

This is a fab hotel in a great place for retail and restaurants, modern decor, great staff and a general feeling of calm. I would book again. Watch out for the tiny rooftop pool/bath, the good one that you see in the pictures is exclusive to the apartments.
