It's a very simply hotel without breakfast, but thats no problem, because there are so many restaurants in the neighbourhood. The location is perfect near Ramblas. Staff is friendly. Price quality is correct.
Small room, no view. Good if u want something cheap. The hotel is quite old. Pictures provided look much more nicer, maybe taken from 10years ago. Location is perfect. There is a breakfast place with the best hot chocolate and churros just 2 streets behind.
The rooms were quite small and there was always the sound of hammering or drilling from a construction site very close by. On the second day there was a threat of having no electricity and hot water from 8am to 12pm, presumeably due to the construction works.

Excellent location on a quiet back street. The rooms are small but very clean. Walls are very thin and noises from corridors, rooms and other guests can be heard which can be disruptive. Hotel staff very friendly. A great place if you want to be out exploring the city all day and not "living" in the room full time.
4 nights stay at Aneto. All staff very friendly, excellent English and helpful, especially on the last night when my handbag was stolen in nearby restaurant (Carmelita's). Googled my bank to help cancel card and let me use the reception telephone as mobile also stolen in bag. THANK YOU.
If you plan to explore Barcelona, this hotel is perfectly situated. Metres from Las Ramblas, quiet location, everything you want to see or do within walking (or tube distance).
